A.N.U.S.C.A, the Italian Association of Civil Status Officers and Registrars, was founded in 1980 in Castel San Pietro Terme. It was established as Moral Entity with a decree of the Ministry of the Interior , on 19th July 1999 . Its main aims are vocational trainings for Registrars and a more direct relation with institutional bodies.
The Municipalities members are about n. 4743 which represents more than the 86% of the Italian population, and the individuals civil status officers are n. 7419. A.N.U.S.C.A. organizes about 400 training seminars and conventions every year, at national level, targeted to civil status registrars and a National Congress now at the 40th edition.
Founder and President of A.N.U.S.C.A. Member of several Ministerial Commissions, as Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of the Interior and Central Institute Statistic. EVS President for two mandates.
